This will show what we planned to do, what we have completed, and what we are working on.

 

Plans 2004

 

1.  Full support for the 15 children to complete secondary education.  (Full 12+ years)  (DONE) at least some support.

 

2.  Complete regular medical support including hospital stays for the15 children and basic support for the entire 240 students in the school.  (DONE)

 

3.  Mosquito nets for all families in the village that would aid in the prevention of malaria.  (DONE)

 

4.  Full time paid staff help at the school to assist the children

 

5.  A medical clinic  (DONE)

 

6.  Electricity for the school with Internet hook-up and computers.

 

7.  Fresh water for the school at the site.

 

8.  A chapel (DONE)

 

9.   Expand the support program to the entire school. (WORKING)

  

 Impact the village with a water supply.

 

 Impact the village with subsidized medical assistance.

 

 

Plans 2006

 

1.  Bibles for all 211 students at Victory Academy School. (30 purchased and was delivered with the July team) (Still working for the rest)

 

2.  Vacation Bible School material for student training. (Working on taking some material with the July team) (This did not happen yet)

 

3.  Puppets for child-to-child ministries. 

 

4.  Computers for the school for Internet hook-up.

 

5.  Full time paid staff help at the school to assist with the children.

 

6.  Fresh water for the school at the site.

  

7.  Expand the complete support program to the entire school.

 

8.  Nutritional Support for all of the 211 children at Victory Academy.

Plans 2007

 

1.  Support our first full time student in secondary (High School) 9th grade.  (First installment sent January 2007)

 

2.  Continue our support for the programs established and on going.

       School Fees   $7,000.00

           Admin Support    $1,500.00

               Medical Support     $1,200.00

                   Spiritual Support     $300.00

 

3.  Continue to assist in getting Victory Academy accredited as a full secondary school.  Grades 9-12.

 

4.  Continue then efforts to aid in having fresh water on site at the school.  (Talks have started)

 

 

Long Range Plans

 

1.  Full secondary support all of the children we support.

7.  Study and continue to look at what impact a subsidized medical system and water supply will have on the village adjacent to our school. 

 

8.  Plan for 2008 Team trip to Mombasa.

            Take as many bibles as possible. 

                   Take vacation bible school material for all students.

 

9.  Continue to look for way to expand our board of directors and our membership roles.
